2020 NFL Draft Sleepers: Linebackers

NFL Draft Sleepers - Linebackers

Linebackers

1)Logan Wilson, 6-2, 241, Wyoming. Draft Projection: 3-4

Comments: Runs a 4.63 40. Had 105 tackles and 8.5 TFLs. Was second-team All-American at Wyoming. Very durable inside linebacker who made 52 straight starts. Doesn't miss many tackles and while the competition is higher, he'll be at worse, a special teams stud.

2)Kamal Martin, 6-2, 240, Minnesota. Draft Projection: 6-7

Comments: Played in just eight games last year due to injury. Good frame with 81-inch wingspan. Has natural ball skills in coverage. Good strength. Average speed and injuries will keep him down in the draft. Special teams player and backup.

3)Kyahva Tezino, 6-0 235, San Diego State. Draft Projection: 6-7

Comments: Very productive linebacker at San Diego State. Led team in tackles last two seasons and was first-team All-MWC. Lacks height but makes up for it with very good burst and is a fierce tackler. A leader that could surprise people late in the draft.

4)David Woodward, 6-2, 230, Utah State. Draft Projection: 7-FA

Comments: First-team MWC last year, though played in just seven games due to injury. Ran a 4.79 40. Very good instincts. He just makes plays despite not having great size, speed or strength. Main concern is medical issues.

5)Shaun Bradley, 6-1, 235, Temple. Draft Projection: FA

Comments: Former Temple Owl who led the team in tackles in two of three years. Ran a 4.51 40, which is blazing. Needs more strength. But speed is really intriguing and at worst, he's a special teams player.
