This Privacy Policy does apply to your use of the Insiders’ Program, Premium Products, and other paid services offered by Raketech Inc on the Websites ("Premium Services") as a customer of Raketech Inc.

1. What Information We Collect About You

Information when you visit our Websites

You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. However, during your visits to the Websites, we automatically collect certain information about your computer hardware and software, which may amount to Personal Data. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by us to provide general statistics regarding use of the Websites. For these purposes, we do link this automatically-collected data to other Personal Information such as name, email address, address, and phone number. Information when you subscribe to any of our services

By subscribing to our services you may be asked to enter your personal information, including your name, age, address, e-mail address, phone number and payment information. Payment information includes information we collect and process from you when you purchase the relevant services provided by us, including credit card details, bank account details, billing information, as necessary for you to complete the payment. In this respect, we use third party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for these payment information, we do not collect other sensitive information from you.

Information when you send us an enquiry

We collect any personal information you voluntarily send us when you submit an online form or send us an email to exercise your rights or for any other purpose.

Information we collect from third parties

From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, and sources such as social media websites.

Use of Personal Information

In general, we collect personal data to be able to provide you with our services and to evaluate and respond to any requests or enquiry that you may have submitted to us. In addition to the above, we may use your Personal Information to:

• improve your browsing experience by personalizing the Websites and to improve the Premium Services;
• send information or content to you which we think may be of interest to you in accordance with your communication preferences by post, email, or other means and send you marketing communications relating to our business;

Use of Navigational Information

We use information about your computer and your visits to our websites such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed (the “Navigational Information”) to operate and improve the Websites and to provide you with a better experience when you interact with us. Customer Testimonials and Comments

We post customer testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer's consent via email prior to posting the customer's name and testimonial.

Use of Payment Information

If you give us payment information, we use it solely to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Security of your Personal Information

Social Media Features

Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share Button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. 3. How we Share Information we Collect

We may share your Personal Data only as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise described to you when the data are collected. Generally, we may share your Personal Data with the following:

Group Companies

We may share your Personal Data with our entities within Raketech group and their employees and advisors for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

We may share your Personal Data with third-party service providers to provide services on our behalf to visitors to our Websites and our customers and users of the Premium Services. Examples may include analyzing data or performing statistical analysis, processing credit card payments, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, and providing customer service or support. These service providers are prohibited from using your Personal Information except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Co-Marketing Partners

We partner with trusted co-marketing partners(including MSE Advisors LLC) to provide you with marketing content that we think may be relevant to you. With your consent we share data and they may contact you by email, telephone, postal mail or other common communication methods with marketing and promotional messages about their products or services. The data shared with such co-marketing partners will include your name, your phone number, email address, the data when you subscribed the newsletter or purchased the relevant service, the service you acquired and the amount spent. No debit card or credit card number will be shared. When you provide consent to receive communications from such third parties, your personal information will be managed by that third party’s own privacy policy. No data will be shared with any co-marketing partners without your consent.

Corporate Events

If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, or in the event of a merger, consolidation, bankruptcy, liquidation, or reorganization, we may transfer your Personal Data to the recipient entity. Rights for California residents

This section applies only to California consumers. It describes how we collect, use, and share California consumers' Personal Information in our role as a business, and the rights applicable to such residents. Rights for Iowa residents

f you are an Iowa resident, in accordance with the Iowa law, all information about you will be securely erased from hard disks, magnetic tapes, solid state memory, and other devices, as applicable, before the device is properly disposed of by us. If erasure is not possible, the storage device will be destroyed.

Rights for Colorado residents
