1)Harrison Bryant, 6-5, 243, FAU. Draft projection: 3-4

Comments: Bryant isn't the biggest or the fastest (4.73) tight end, but has long arms and is athletic. Good route runner with a high football IQ. Was the best tight end in college football last season in terms of production. Caught 65 passes for 1,004 yards with seven TDs. Won the John Mackey Award. Works hard but won't go that high due to lack of size.

2)Albert Okwuegbunam, 6-4, 258, Missouri. Draft projection: 3-4

Comments: If you are looking for a tight end that is faster than most receivers (4.48 40), you've found your guy. Okwuegbunam is a former wide receiver who has bulked up. Good quickness and not a bad blocker. Needs to improve route runners. He's raw but worth taking a shot on in the middle rounds. Caught just 26 passes for 306 yards but did have six TDs last year.

3)Jared Pinkney, 6-4, 257, Vanderbilt. Draft projection: 4-6

Comments: Powerfully-built but not very fast. Caught 20 passes for 233 yards in 2019, after catching 50 passes for 774 yards and seven TDs in 2018. That was the most receiving yards for a Vanderbilt TE since 1984. He would be very valuable as a number two tight end with his power as a receiver and blocker.

4)Charlie Taumoepeau, 6-2, 240, Portland State. Draft projection: 6-FA

Comments: An FCS tight end who was born in Tonga. Ran a 4.75. Caught 36 passes for 474 yards last season. More of an H-Back due to lack of size. Good route runner with soft hands.

5)Nigel Kilby, 6-7, 254, Southern Illinois. Draft projection: FA

Comments: Somebody might draft Kilby late. He started out at Eastern Michigan, moved to a JUCO and then played FCS. He was more productive at Eastern Michigan with 34 catches for 437 yards. But you look at the size, the speed (4.69 40) and the upside, and he's definitely worth taking a shot on. If he gains 10 more pounds, could improve his blocking, he would be a huge target int he red zone.
