AGF vs. CR4ZY Preview & Prediction - Free CS:GO Betting Picks 7/15
AGF and CR4ZY will face each other in the Group B opening match of the Eden Arena: Malta Vibes. The teams are competing in week 3 of the online CS:GO tournament. The tournament carries a prize pool of $40,000 and there are sixteen teams competing for the top spot. The first-placed team receives $25,000 in prize money. There are four groups of four teams each and only the top two teams from each group advance to the single-elimination playoffs.
AGF Preview
AGF has a Danish CS:GO roster comprising young talented individuals from the European country. Despite its low rank, AGF has proven to be a competitive opponent in the European CS:GO scene.
AGF has an extensive map pool that shows the team’s comfort on all maps except Vertigo. They have only played Vertigo once, which they lost. AGF’s players are comfortable playing on Inferno, Nuke and Train. These timeless maps allow the players to use their knowledge of the map’s geography to their advantage and secure good positions beforehand. The players are often synergizing with each other on the CT side and are ready to trade frags.
Their strong defense on a small area of the map allows AGF to come out strong from smaller skirmishes. However, this strategy falls flat against teams with better strategic playstyle and a detailed understanding of AGF’s playstyle.
CR4ZY Preview
CR4ZY has a Ukrainian CS:GO roster and has plateaued at its current 55th rank. Unlike AGF, CR4ZY counts Vertigo as one of its best maps. The team has played Vertigo nine times in the past three months and still has a 56% win-rate on the map. CR4ZY has a strong T side on the map, with set smokes and timely coordinated attacks on the A bombsite. They also use good lurk roles to confuse the enemy and weaken their defense.
SENSEi has been one of the best performers on the team with a 1.15 rating in his recent matches. The player deals an average of 72.5 damage per round and has a big impact on the outcome of these rounds.
Pick: AGF ML (-138 @ Pinnacle)
AGF has already defeated CR4ZY in their last head-to-head match. The recent match, that took place on July 13 for the Nine to Five 1 cup, saw AGF win the match 2-1. They won two maps limiting CR4ZY to single digit scores of 4 and 5 on Inferno and Train respectively. I am taking AGF to win this match, possibly with an even more dominant score of 2-0 this time.
