The winner of this duel will advance to the Consolidation final where they will meet the losing team of the clash between forZe and BIG, while the loser is going to be eliminated.

Envy didn’t play a single CS:GO match since June this year and then returned to the circus with a loss to forZe in the opening round of this tournament. They lost the game despite destroying the favored Russian side on the first map (16-2 on Dust2), and now are underdogs in this Best of 3 encounter with MIBR.

Envy is playing with a new lineup that appeared on just three maps so far with a record of one win and two losses. The team members are LEGIJA (0.87 rating), MICHU (1.06), Calyx (1.27), Nifty (0.93), and Thomas (0.78).

Prior to the Flashpoint 2, the Brazilian side managed to book a ticket for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown, while they also won $7,500 for their efforts and 7th place at the BLAST Premier Fall Series 2020. MIBR lost nine of the previous 12 matches, including the opening one at this tournament when they lost 2-1 to BIG.

When it comes to the maps in the last three months, MIBR was decent on Nuke (66.7% win rate) and Dust2 (57.1%), while they were disappointing on Inferno (12.5%) and Overpass (25.0%). MIBR also has a new lineup that appeared on 12 maps since November 2020 and has a record of five wins and seven losses. The lineup consists of kNgV- (1.07), LUCAS1 (0.93), trk (0.98), leo_drk (1.04), and vsm (1.09).
