LDLC vs. GamerLegion Preview & Prediction - Free CS:GO Betting Picks 7/30
LDLC and GamerLegion will face each other in the Nine to Five #2 Round 4 High matches. The Nine to Five #2 CS:GO tournament has some of the best Tier-2 European CS:GO teams competing for a $50,000 prize pool. The Stage 2 teams are playing a Swiss format with the top eight teams moving to the playoffs. The first-place team will receive $35,000 while the runners-up will take the rest of the prize pool.
LDLC Preview
LDLC’s CS:GO roster comprises several veteran French CS:GO players. The team had a very weak start to the season, losing against some relatively weaker opponents. The players did not have the synergy and the tactical aspect ot their gameplay which saw the team falter repeatedly against lower-ranked opponents.
However, after taking some time for themselves, the players have bounced back stronger than ever. The last few weeks has seen LDLC cause some massive upsets in various online tournaments. LDLC has won three of its last five matches, including victories over CR4ZY and SG.pro.
At the same time, they could not match up to Gambit Youngsters who has defeated the French players twice in as many series. LDLC can play on all maps except Mirage, although the team has shown an affinity for Inferno, Nuke and Train.
GamerLegion Preview
GamerLegion’s CS:GO roster recently won two matches against lvlUP and Selectah respectively. The team has a decent map pool and can pay on almost all maps except Vertigo. While GamerLegion has a decent map pool, it lacks the firepower to compete against stronger opponents on a consistent basis.
With a 1.20 rating, mezii is the best player on the team. His aggressive pushes on some CT sided maps are calculated and CS:GO fans can see how he relays the information to the rest of the squad. Mezii’s role on the team is crucial as he can single-handedly surprise the opponent and catch them off-guard. However, after getting the initial frags, mezii often takes on a passive position helping the team cement its lead.
Pick: Under 2.5 Maps (-175 @ Pinnacle)
I am taking this series to be complete under 2.5 maps. LDLC’s superior firepower and recent form is in stark contrast to that of GamerLegion. While GamerLegion can surprise the French players in a few rounds or so, the French tactics and strategic approach to the game gives LDLC a massive advantage in this match.
